Have you seen GINA?
June 17, 2008
She’s sleek, sophisticated, and very pleasing. Meet BMW’s GINA Light Visionary Model. GINA which stands for “Geometry and Functions in ‘N’ Adaptations”.
Hmmm.. if it wasn’t for the end product, I’d say that this is a tacky name. Why not just call it “G and F’ing INA”.
When I first saw this clip, I thought that it’s a joke. Some kind of a CGI ad to tease consumers. But no, it wasn’t.
Mind you that this is a concept car. But it’s a very exciting concept that pushes forward the thinking of new cars enveloped in a textile sheet that acts like a metal sheet.
Lesser drag, custom fit, radical roadster, the BMW GINA seems to have started ushering a new generation of mobility and lifestyle.

Home Alone?
June 17, 2008
Just when you think that the episodes are getting better comes the 27th “Sari, No One’s Home“.
I hate this episode for a couple of reasons.
- Sari trying too hard to become an Autobot
- The Constructicons making another disappointing and meaningless appearance
- Bumblebee leaking oil and not doing anything about it
- Blitzwing manhandling 5 Autobots
- Blitzwing pausing to manhandle the 5 Autobots because they’re in a huddle
- Sari taking on the Constructicons ala Macaulay Culkin
Ok, so it’s suppose to be a fun episode. I get it. But come on.
The Female of the Species
June 17, 2008
Seems like our friend at veoh hasn’t been uploading new TFA episodes lately. Fortunately YouTube got them episodes.
Here’s episode 26, “Black Friday“.
Remember the cartoon series Challenge of the GoBots? Well, unlike Transformers, they have a lead female character called Crasher. Well, I thought at first that Crasher just like wearing a lipstick or a thick lip. But she’s a female robot.
Ok. As lousy as the GoBots robots were, they always seem to come up with good plots. And this is because of a female ingredient, Crasher.
But now, it’s a good thing that the TFA has incorporated a cunning female robot who has issues herself. And her name is Black Arachnia.
This episode showcases a love triangle-ish plot between Black Arachnia, Grimlock, and Optimus Prime. I always loved Grimlock, as stubborn as he is as Sentinel Prime, he is one of the most memorable characters since G1.
Cool episode. Go watch it if you haven’t yet.
