Christmas Toys

I just can’t believe how time flies by. It was just like yesterday when I was making a new year pledge that I will be waking up early every day at 6am to jog around and get myself into shape.

Also, it was just like yesterday afternoon that I decided that I won’t do those getting-in-shape stuff.

Now, it’s September. Actually, late it’s now late September and we’re into the “Ber” months.

So how about this.. Christmas wishlist. Toys that will make you go “WTFITYFMF”.

The Dark Knight – Joker (Bank Robber version) 1/6 This is one freaking replica of Joker from the recent Batman flick. It will make you think whether they made a cast of Heath Ledger’s body and made it into a 1/6 scale. If so, DC Direct did one hell of a cool job at it.

ED-209 (Robocop) Yeah! Saw this in Suntec. I’m going to have this soon. This is one BMF.

TFA – Ultra Magnus (Leader Class) They came up with Bulkhead and Megatron Leader Class, but Ultra Magnus did not get much love and exposure here in local toy stores. But I saw one in Suntec. So, we’ll just see if I can grab it fast.

TFA – Shockwave (Voyager Class) The Decepticons cold-blooded calculating Number 2 now available as a Transformers Animated figure.

TFA – Megatron Shadow Blade (Leader Class) I was going to buy the Megatron Leader Class before, but it was just small compared to the Optimus Prime Supreme Class. So I thought to myself that I’d probably just wait for a Megatron Supreme Class (if there is one) and settle for something equally cool. Well, here’s the Shadow Blade. Something like the All-Spark version.

Michael Jackson 12″ (Billie Jean / History Tour version) A 12 inch Michael Friggin Jackson. Need I say more?

Mr Hill a Rockstar

Me idol Grant Hill in Nickelback’s latest video, Rockstar.

Can’t wait to see him play the upcoming NBA season. Probably his last season. Well, it is his last year of contract with the Suns. Although they added Shaq, they lost Marion, but they added Matt Barnes to help the wing, signed Dragic as backup PG, and drafted Robin Lopez. Not a bad off-season. Not good either since they lost D’Antoni and the vets got even older (Nash, Shaq and Hill).

Hopefully Mr Hill will get his ring this year.
